Daisy Janie gladly accepts Visa and Mastercard for online shopping.
Shipping
All Daisy Janie orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping rates
are based upon your shipping zone and method of shipping (i.e.
ground vs. 2nd day). Orders are processed within 2 business days,
once your credit card has been approved. Please allow an additional
3-4 business days to receive your order.
Returns
& Exchanges
With a Return Authorization Code, merchandise in its original
mint condition may be returned for exchange or refund,
less shipping charges. All returns must be postmarked within
7 days of receipt of purchase.Upon receipt of your
item, Daisy Janie will examine the product. If it meets the criteria
for a return, you will be refunded based upon your method of payment,
less shipping costs. If it has been used or is otherwise not saleable,
we will not be able to refund your purchase, and your item will
be mailed back to you at your expense. We will do our best to
accommodate your request.
