Details:

• Administrative: Your boutique's Federal EIN, a store business card and a list of three vendor references.
• Minimums: Must purchase 8 items.
• Payments: All accounts must be paid in full when placing order. Credit cards and Paypal gladly accepted.

Once your boutique is approved for wholesale ordering, a sales order form will be faxed or emailed to be filled out and sent back.
